Job Title: Painter

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Harman Elite Construction Ltd.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to desired color and texture, and advising consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings.

Additionally, the Painter will apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces, estimate costs and materials, and provide support for newcomers and refugees, youths, and visible minorities.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted
  • Repair cracks and holes
  • Mix paint to desired color and texture
  • Advise consumers on colors and choice of wall coverings
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Provide support for newcomers and refugees, youths, and visible minorities
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment:

The Painter will work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced construction environment.
