About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Coast Capital Savings. As a key ambassador for our branches, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our members, providing trusted advice, and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Use your expertise in lending and investment products to match members with the right solutions, ensuring they achieve their financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and refer opportunities for general insurance, complex investments, personal insurance, and small business needs.
  • Engage members in the "Where You're at Money Chat" to help them manage, save, grow, and protect their financial well-being.
  • Contribute to the development of Coast Capital's values and purpose, ensuring our members receive exceptional service and support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a bank or credit union, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in complex lending and investments.
  • Post-secondary education in finance, business administration, or a related field, with a strong understanding of credit and investment products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Proven sales skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
