Bar Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at The Blend Kitchen + Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bar and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily bar operations
- Lead and motivate a team of bar staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor and control bar stock, inventory and cash handling
- Develop and implement new ideas to improve bar sales and customer satisfaction
- College/CEGEP education
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Permanent full-time position
- 30 hours per week
- English language
