Job Summary:

The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas. This includes washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment, as well as cleaning and maintaining the dishroom and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner
  • Clean and maintain the dishroom, including sinks, dishwashers, and storage areas
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing other areas of the kitchen and dining areas as needed
  • Follow all health and safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Working Conditions:

The Dishwasher will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, and cleaning chemicals. The position requires standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 25 pounds.
