At Rain Carbon, we are seeking a skilled Loader to join our team. As a Loader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient loading and unloading of trucks and rail cars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform truck loading and unloading tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Unload rail cars with care and accuracy.
  • Comply with all quality, environmental, and health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with Shift Supervisors to meet daily instructions and requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Experience working shift work, including 12-hour rotating shifts.
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
