At Envision Financial, we are seeking a highly skilled Wealth Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning advice to high-value members within assigned credit union branches.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert financial planning advice to high-value members, utilizing financial planning tools and software.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities with current and potential members for wealth management and subsidiary products and services.
- Network with external business organizations in the community to generate referrals and promote our full range of products and services.
- Provide complex financial planning advice on a wide range of investment products and services, utilizing financial planning tools and software.
- Maintain compliance with First West audit and risk management policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Mutual Funds License and PFP designation required.
- CFP Designation preferred.
- 6 years of experience in an investment/financial planning advisory sales position required.
- Familiarity with financial planning tools and software preferred.
- Proven superior knowledge of a wide range of investment products and services preferred.
- Proven networking and relationship building skills.
- Superior sales abilities, active listening, identifying business opportunities, influencing, and negotiating to close sales.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide variety of people.
- Ability to analyze financial statements.
- Proficient in computer software programs, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Proficient with planning software, including PlanPlus.
