Job Title: Wealth Planning Specialist

At Envision Financial, we are seeking a highly skilled Wealth Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning advice to high-value members within assigned credit union branches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert financial planning advice to high-value members, utilizing financial planning tools and software.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities with current and potential members for wealth management and subsidiary products and services.
  • Network with external business organizations in the community to generate referrals and promote our full range of products and services.
  • Provide complex financial planning advice on a wide range of investment products and services, utilizing financial planning tools and software.
  • Maintain compliance with First West audit and risk management policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Mutual Funds License and PFP designation required.
  • CFP Designation preferred.
  • 6 years of experience in an investment/financial planning advisory sales position required.
  • Familiarity with financial planning tools and software preferred.
  • Proven superior knowledge of a wide range of investment products and services preferred.
  • Proven networking and relationship building skills.
  • Superior sales abilities, active listening, identifying business opportunities, influencing, and negotiating to close sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide variety of people.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements.
  • Proficient in computer software programs, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • Proficient with planning software, including PlanPlus.
