Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to spearhead complex payment challenges into innovative API and SaaS solutions that drive tangible impact for our merchants and partners. Responsibilities

  1. Product Lifecycle Management: Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring it is aligned with strategic priorities and regularly updated to reflect evolving market trends.
  2. Product Requirements Development: Craft detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that empower engineering and design teams to execute projects effectively and without ambiguity.
  3. Product Performance Tracking & Reporting: Measure the success of product initiatives using defined metrics and provide regular performance reports to leadership and teams.
  4. Compliance Assurance: Ensure all products meet necessary regulatory and compliance standards, such as PCI, CCPA, and HIPAA, maintaining industry standards and reputation.
  5. User Story Creation: Translate product requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications that drive project execution.
  6. UX/UI Partnership: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years in a Product Management role.
  • Experience as a Product Owner, writing PRDs, writing outcome-driven user stories, and facilitating backlog refinement.
  • Demonstrated expertise in requirements management, product ideation, and PRD creation.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with engineering teams on technical solutions.
  • Experience in system architecture and evaluating technical trade-offs.
  • Adept at articulating the value and benefits of technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to serve as the voice of the customer/merchant within a product development scrum team.
