About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Installation and Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a Customer Installation and Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining cryogenic vessels and gaseous high pressure installations at customer and plant locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and Installation:
- Installs, dismantles, cleans, repairs, replaces, assembles, and maintains cryogenic vessels, Floxal membrane systems, and gaseous high pressure installations.
- Fills out Bulk installation report at customer site.
- Performs brazing on pressure piping to make connections and repair leaks.
- Fabricates platforms, frames, and various types of cylinders and pipes brackets.
- Responds to emergencies after hours and on weekends or when problems arise at customer sites.
- Available 24/7 to answer emergency calls.
- Ensures equipment isolation for outsiders and plant personnel.
- Promotes safety and quality objectives.
- Maintains a clean work area.
- Collaborates with team and cross-functional teams to improve processes.
- Identifies causes of failure or improper operations.
- Gas Ticket with minimum 3 years experience.
- Refrigeration ticket with minimum 3 years experience.
- Instrumentation qualification with minimum 3 years experience.
- Valid Brazing certification with minimum 2 years experience.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Excellent mechanical skills.
- Action-oriented, self-confident, adaptable, and stress-tolerant.
- Able to work remotely under minimal supervision.
