Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including dental and health care plans, as well as free parking available on site.

Job Description

We are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and direct them to their rooms or other areas of the hotel
  • Provide information and assistance to clients and the public
  • Record and relay information as needed
  • Process payments and perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting mail
  • Answer telephone calls and provide directory assistance
  • Perform data entry and provide customer service

Experience and Specialization:

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment and be proficient in computer software such as MS Office. A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required, and experience working in a rural area is an asset.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The work setting is primarily based at the physical location of the hotel, with no option for remote work. The successful candidate must be able to sit for extended periods and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
