Civil Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Anet Fiber Tech Inc. as a key member of our infrastructure development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough environmental impact studies to ensure compliance with regulations and minimize project risks.
  • Monitor and maintain air, water, and soil quality to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Supervise land survey and construction work, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement construction specifications and procedures to ensure high-quality results.
  • Establish and manage construction work schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Review and approve survey and civil design work to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supervise and mentor technicians, technologists, and engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Attention to detail is essential in this role, as accuracy is paramount in ensuring project success.
  • The position requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional standing for extended periods.
  • The role is physically demanding, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Leadership skills are essential in this role, as the successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and mentoring team members.
  • A high degree of accuracy is required, as the candidate will be responsible for reviewing and approving designs, calculations, and cost estimates.
  • Judgement and decision-making skills are critical in this role, as the candidate will need to make informed decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Organizational skills are essential, as the candidate will need to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills is required, as the candidate will need to work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
