Verve Senior Living is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with our Dining Services Manager to ensure that all meals meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals for residents, following recipes and menu plans.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in a clean and safe environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including utensils, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Work effectively with the Dining Services Manager to plan and implement menu changes and special events.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and their families.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a culinary role, preferably in a long-term care or senior living setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
