Nurse Practitioner

RhynoCare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Comprehensive Nursing Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Lead the Nursing Team: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Ensure Resident Safety and Comfort: Implement safety protocols, manage medications, and maintain a clean and comfortable environment for residents.
- Communicate Effectively: Maintain open and transparent communication with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Education and Certification: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent, current registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives, and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Skills and Experience: Strong written and verbal communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
