Duties & Responsibilities

As an Assistant Kitchen Manager at Scaddabush, you'll be responsible for:

  • Working with our team to deliver exceptional food quality, guest experience, and service
  • Coaching and leading our team to ensure they receive great training and support
  • Managing financials and working to achieve and exceed established goals
  • Using strong time management skills and attention to detail to complete tasks
  • Spreading warmth and hospitality among our team members

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Smart Serve Certification
  • 1-3 years of kitchen management or supervisory experience in a comparable restaurant environment
  • Proficient English verbal and written communication
  • High School diploma or GED equivalency; College or University coursework preferred
  • Numerical understanding, basic math skills; strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Culinary Red Seal designation is an asset
