About the Job


We have an exciting opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team at East Kootenay Regional Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with clients and their caregivers to create optimal environments for communication and swallowing.



About the Role


As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will have expertise in typical development and disorders of communication and swallowing, as well as assessment and intervention in these areas. You will contribute to the organization's quality assurance initiatives, meetings, research, and education.

Requirements


• Full practicing registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC)
• One year's clinical experience with adults in a hospital setting, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Valid Driver's license where required
