Job Overview

Flyrouge is a dynamic airline committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Flight Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare aircraft for customer boarding and maintain a keen awareness of service and safety procedures.
  • Communicate with customers through one-on-one interactions and general intercom announcements.
  • Welcome customers and engage with them throughout the flight to create a comfortable environment.
  • Evaluate passenger needs and provide assistance as required.
  • Liaise with the flight deck crew to ensure smooth flights with excellent customer communication.
  • Provide inflight snack, meal, and beverage service, as well as onboard product sales.
  • Operate and assist with the inflight entertainment system.
  • Handle onboard incidents and emergencies, including providing first aid as necessary.
  • Maintain the general orderliness of the aircraft.
  • Ensure customer feedback is shared with management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Canadian Passport without restrictions.
  • Reside within 90 minutes of Toronto Pearson Airport or be willing to relocate.
  • Able to obtain a Transport Canada security clearance.
  • Comfortable working at high altitudes in a pressurized cabin.
  • Customer service experience is an asset.
