Teva Pharmaceuticals is looking for a skilled SAP Technical Analyst to join our team in Montreal, QC. As a key member of our IT Commercial Organization in Canada, you will provide SAP technical & functional support, including SAP development, configuration, and functional support in SAP ECC with expertise in SD, FICO, and MM.

The Opportunity

This position offers a unique opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including SAP development, system configuration, and technical support. You will be responsible for providing technical/functional support for all Canada and US Vistex Revenue Accounting, Revenue Management, and Royalties Management, including Billbacks & Chargebacks, Sales Incentives, and Sales Rebates.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical/functional support for all Canada and US Vistex Revenue Accounting, Revenue Management, and Royalties Management
  • Solution design and system configuration
  • ABAP development with SAP and Vistex technical knowledge
  • SAP Transport management
  • Proficiency in RICEFW
  • Workflow and integrations with SAP modules and other Commercial systems connected via middleware
  • Lead application testing, including regression testing, integration testing, etc.
  • Documentation of functional and technical specifications documents and implementation
  • Production support, including performance analysis, debugging issues, identifying root cause, and providing timely problem resolution
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure the proper integration of business processes and procedures
