Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truss Designer and Technical Project Manager to join our team at A-1 Trusses Ltd. This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to utilize their technical expertise and leadership skills in managing construction projects from design to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret technical documents, reports, and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction teams, ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed working drawings and specifications, including cost estimates and material calculations, to facilitate project execution.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to resolve technical issues and address project challenges.
  • Monitor and inspect work-in-progress to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or defects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in truss design, construction project management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and budget control.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits
