Job Description

You will play a key role in helping our clients maximize the value of Rippling's HR solutions as a trusted advisor. You will guide clients through HR technology implementation, process optimization, compliance, and best practices in workforce management. Your expertise will ensure our clients' people operations run efficiently and compliantly, demonstrating the impact that HR strategy has on business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to implement and optimize Rippling's HR modules, including HRIS, payroll, benefits, performance management, and talent acquisition.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR strategy, compliance, and best practices, helping clients align HR processes with their broader business goals.
  • Provide guidance on compliance with Canadian and US employment laws, tax regulations, and HR policies, ensuring businesses remain compliant.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, recommend process improvements, and implement automation where possible to enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct training sessions for client teams on Rippling functionalities, empowering them to leverage the platform effectively.
  • Support HR-related reporting, analytics, and audits, ensuring data integrity across workforce management systems.
