In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality cabinets and furniture pieces from wood and other materials.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Studying plans, specifications or drawings of articles to be made
  • Trimming joints and fitting parts and subassemblies together to form complete units and reinforcing joints
  • Sanding wooden surfaces and applying veneer, stain or polish to finished products; preparing and applying laminated plastics
  • Applying varnish, veneer, stain or polish to finished products
  • Repairing or restyling wooden furniture, fixtures and related products

You will work closely with our design team to bring their creative vision to life, ensuring that every product meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • At least 2 years of experience in woodworking or a related field
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
