Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Operations Coordinator to join our team at Finblue. This role will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling appointments, preparing minutes of meetings, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide ongoing support, and consult with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate daily operations, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in an administrative or operations role.
  • Skills: Excellent written communication, ability to multitask, flexibility, judgment, organization, accuracy, client focus, reliability, time management, and quick learning.

Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have own transportation and be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
