Key Responsibilities- Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth execution of tasks and projects.
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure effective team performance.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Implement price and credits policies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a high-performing team.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members' progress and identify areas for improvement.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
