About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fence Installation Specialist to join our team at Win Red Cedar Fencing Ltd. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing high-quality fences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Measurement: Measure and mark guidelines for fence installations, ensuring accurate and efficient installation processes.
  • Material Preparation: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including loading and unloading trucks with equipment and supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring professionalism and a positive experience for clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the installation team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: No degree, certificate, or diploma required; will train on the job.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Environment: Work outdoors in various locations, with a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to handle heavy loads, up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and work in a repetitive task environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Punctuality, accuracy, client focus, dependability, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills required.
