Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and demonstrate TRUMPF CNC machines at customer locations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and repair machine-related problems, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Accurately report technical conditions and information, maintaining detailed records and documentation.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
  • Travel extensively, up to 100%, to customer locations, both domestically and internationally.
  • Lift up to 70 pounds without assistance, and work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Interface with customers to provide training and support on the use and repair of TRUMPF machines.
  • Submit regular reports on machine performance and customer interactions, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Collaborate with other Field Technicians as needed, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Two-year technical school degree in Engineering principles or a suitable combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience with computer software and file management is highly desirable.
