The successful candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Order supplies and equipment to maintain efficient operations.
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment to optimize resource allocation.
• Clean kitchen and work areas to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
