Job Summary

We are hiring Merchandise Processing Associates to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and Team Members. As a Merchandise Processing Associate, you will play a key role in our mission to redirect billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and onto our store racks and shelves for reuse.

Responsibilities

  • Process and prepare merchandise for sale, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient inventory management.
  • Work collaboratively with Team Members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
