Batching Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Batching Supervisor to join our team at Holcim. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our concrete batch plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete mixer drivers and plant maintenance personnel to ensure timely delivery of quality product.
- Manage inventory of materials and products, including ordering and receiving raw materials as required.
- Ensure accurate batching and quality control processes are in place to meet customer requirements.
- Develop and implement effective safety policies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide pricing and scheduling information to customers.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including production reports and inventory levels.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Self-motivated and customer service oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
