Job Overview
This Equipment Quality Coordinator role plays a crucial part in maintaining Ryder's high standards for quality and safety. As an Equipment Quality Coordinator, you'll exercise trucks/tractors, perform inspections, and coordinate repairs to ensure all equipment is in excellent condition. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities
Performing light mechanical work such as jump starts, battery installation, and fluid management while troubleshooting mechanical issues. Ensuring equipment is clean and presentable. Submitting weekly equipment exercise data via Teams. Special projects as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications
A high school diploma/GED is required, along with one year of experience in mechanical and/or customer service. Knowledge of truck and trailer equipment is a must, and a valid driver's license is necessary. CDL preferred but not required.
