Job Summary:

P&R Truck Centre, a leading provider of trucking solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shipper / Receiver to join our team in Nanaimo, BC. As a key member of our warehousing department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate company trucks to facilitate the pickup and delivery of parts throughout the area
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks
  • Ship, receive, document, and conduct inventory of products incoming and outgoing from the warehouse
  • Pick and stock parts
  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment
  • Follow all safety regulations
  • Identify and locate parts
  • Operate a forklift
  • Climb ladders
  • Participate in inventory counts
  • Use computer systems

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Class 5 BC driver's license
  • Previous warehouse or shipping experience an asset
  • Forklift experience an asset (training will be provided)
