Job Title: Technician

SCI Group Inc is seeking a skilled Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing problems and implementing solutions, performing preventative maintenance work, and utilizing various tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting processes, including mechanical and electrical work.
  • Perform board/service repairs on required equipment.
  • Perform hardware upgrades to existing equipment.
  • Operate and maintain power tools, such as drills, sanders, grinders, circular saws, jigsaws, impact drivers, nail guns, and heat guns.
  • Use diagnostic tools to determine repair plans.
  • Follow installation and operation manuals.
  • Repair broken-down or damaged equipment.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent education.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a warehouse environment, with the ability to adapt to change and work under pressure.
  • Previous related job experience.
  • Familiarity and conformance with legislated requirements of the OHSA.
  • Effective interpersonal, communication skills, time management, and organizational skills.
