Key Responsibilities- Product Ownership: Assume end-to-end ownership for various digital products, leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features that meet business requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish close relationships with business stakeholders to ensure their requirements are translated into the right digital technology products.
- Agile Methodologies: Work with engineering and product design teams to determine feasible technical solutions and reasonable implementation timelines.
- Problem Solving: Facilitate problem solving as required, working closely with design and development on implementation challenges.
- Analytics: Engage with analytics teams to establish, measure, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for new features.
- Communication: Effectively communicate product release contents and expected product capabilities/customer journey to bank stakeholders.
- Industry Experience: 4+ years of previous work experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Experience working on transactional web and mobile products, preferably in the consumer space.
- Soft Skills: Excellent project delivery skills, with proven accomplishments leading cross-functional projects. Strong problem solver with ability to lead the team to push the solution and progress.
- Education: Industry designations an asset (e.g. CFA, CSC, etc.).
