Job DescriptionIn this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, administering medications and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans. Your key responsibilities will include delivering direct nursing care, monitoring residents' health status, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans that cater to each resident's unique requirements.
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team, ensuring timely interventions and optimal care outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A valid LPN license in British Columbia.
- Previous experience in long-term care or a related field.
