Cleaning Operations Manager

Maid of All Work is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our work sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and manage budgets to ensure cost-effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency and quality.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a cleaning or supervisory role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Steel-toed safety boots and other necessary equipment.
Our cleaning services operate in a variety of settings, including confined spaces, outdoors, and in wet/damp environments. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be required to work in these conditions and ensure the safety and well-being of our staff and clients.
