We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our team at LeddarTech. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with IFRS standards.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Financial Planning: Collaborate with the Senior Finance Manager to develop and implement financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Internal Controls: Design, implement, and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and public company filing requirements, including disclosure and registration requirements.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, including training and development, to ensure the team is equipped to meet the financial needs of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an Accounting focus or a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences.
  • Designation: Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Experience: 5 to 7 years of experience in a publicly traded company listed on NASDAQ.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, ability to work effectively under pressure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and knowledge of ERP software, particularly Genius.
  • Language: Bilingual proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
