Subdivision Coordinator

Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Subdivision Coordinator. In this role, you'll provide critical support for underground subdivision developments, working closely with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Advise customers on new service supply regulations and underground subdivision design processes.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints related to subdivision developments.
3. Manage phone lines and respond to calls and mail within defined timelines.
4. Prepare letters to customers, developers, and contractors at various project stages.
5. Track status and follow up as needed.
6. Prepare subdivision agreements for review, distribution, and approval.
7. Communicate with external parties on costs, schedules, and approvals for equipment moves.

Qualifications:

• Mathematics knowledge for data preparation and estimates.
• Basic electrical theory knowledge for report preparation.
• Staking data knowledge for emergency situations.
• Proficient computer operation and data processing skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• General office experience and cost/account distribution understanding.
