Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Manager to join our team at Canature Processing Inc. As an Inventory Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, coordinating activities with other departments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Operations Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of inventory control staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve inventory-related issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze inventory reports, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse environment with a focus on inventory management.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
