Scheduling and Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Scheduling and Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Simplex Mechanical Ltd.
About the RoleThis is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a salary of approximately $60,000 per year, based on 40 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in co-ordinating activities, preparing reports, and maintaining work records.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and submit detailed reports to management
- Maintain accurate work records and logs
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
