Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development and creation of design deliverables and presentations for assigned clients with minimal oversight
* Create campaigns for a range of platforms, including TV, online video, print, IABs, and social media
* Make strategic design choices that keep business objectives in mind, independently finding creative solutions
* Provide hands-on guidance to productions, ensuring creative output meets high standards
* Work with internal teams on client presentations and campaigns, finding references and supporting design concepts
* Present designs and creative campaigns directly to clients, articulating and defending design rationale
* Mentor and lead junior and intermediate designers, providing constructive creative feedback

Requirements:

* A minimum of 5 years of experience working in graphic design at an agency, production house, or related industries
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools
* Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual communication
* Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Mandarin or Cantonese
