A reputable mechanical contractor is seeking a skilled Service Plumber to join their team. They take pride in delivering exceptional value to their clients through innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.

Key qualifications include:

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience
  • Sales experience
  • Red Seal License
  • Licensed Journeyman Plumber
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, and leadership ability
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to oversee and allocate resources
  • Estimating skills

Responsibilities will include:

  • Plumbing, pipe fitting, cutting, coring, digging and trenching, measuring, layout, paperwork, and other similar tasks.
  • Responsible for other field duties as requested by their superior and can include items such as housekeeping, caulking, filing, organizing, receiving, material delivery to the work areas, etc.
  • Familiar with all aspects of special projects and will be proactive, and act to warn or rectify any unsafe conditions or project activities not progressing according to plan.
  • Will coordinate site activities on assigned projects
  • Will ensure all necessary administrative functions are completed.
  • Punctual and flexible with respect to the client requirements.
  • Work with and maintain positive working relationships with fellow employees, management, and any other trades and authorities.
  • Identify new opportunities with priority clients, to facilitate growth within the department.
  • Conduct site investigation and support in creation of Estimate.
  • Support of On-Call Program
