With a passion for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional client service, you'll thrive in this role. As a Mortgage Specialist, your expertise will drive mortgage sales and help clients achieve their financial goals.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience)

About the Role:

In this role, you'll leverage your banking expertise to provide tailored mortgage advice that aligns with clients' financial objectives. You'll build lasting relationships with clients, referral partners, and community stakeholders to generate mortgage opportunities and referrals. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to influence and build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized mortgage advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters, to facilitate timely mortgage approvals and closings while adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Stay informed about market trends, mortgage products, and industry regulations to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven success in the mortgage industry or a related field.
  • Strong commitment to trust development, client experience, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
