We are seeking a skilled Landscape Maintenance Worker to join our team at A. ALL AREA LANDSCAPING & GARDENING SERVICES LTD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with landscape constructions and maintenance tasks
  • Weed, prune and trim trees and plants to ensure a well-manicured appearance
  • Cut grass and rake leaves to maintain a tidy outdoor space
  • Lay sod or seed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of our properties
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens to ensure optimal growth
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment to ensure efficiency and safety

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Repetitive tasks that require manual dexterity
  • Handling heavy loads and physically demanding work

Training and Support:

  • Will train on the job to ensure a smooth transition
  • Support for newcomers and refugees, including assistance with immediate settlement needs
  • Support for Indigenous people, including mentorship and coaching opportunities
  • Support for mature workers, including awareness training to create a welcoming work environment

Working Conditions:

  • 40 hours per week, with regular breaks and time off
  • English language required for communication and task completion
