Fabrication Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team in Blainville, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various fabrication tasks to create and repair metal structures and components.

Main Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, and arc techniques to meet quality standards.
• Inspect finished work to verify compliance with specifications and industry regulations.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure efficient production.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in welding technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction setting.
• Certification in welding techniques such as AWS or CWB is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with varying temperatures and conditions.

Salary and Benefits:
