About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist at Assure Fincorp Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with stakeholders.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, logs, and files, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Financial Transactions: Process and manage financial transactions, including receiving and issuing payments, and performing other related tasks.
  • Clerical Support: Provide administrative support, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as performing other clerical duties as required.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees, providing guidance and support to help them integrate into the workplace.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Offer mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers, promoting diversity and inclusion within the company.
