Pharmacist Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients
- Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet patients' needs and counsel patients on new and additional medications
- Provide friendly, positive, and proactive interaction with all internal and external customers, creating awareness and educating customers through public relations
- Review and control costs at all levels within Loblaw Pharmacy (dispensary)
- Provide ongoing training for all new and existing pharmacy colleagues (technicians, interns, students, IPGs)
- Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy, and a Class A Pharmacist's license are mandatory
- Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism are essential
- Excellent leadership and performance management skills are required
- Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, including experience formulating and executing action plans
- Strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of KROLL Pharmacy Computer system, is a definite asset
We offer a competitive salary range of $68.10-$68.10 per hour, with a candidate's experience and knowledge, as well as the geographical region, being factored into the pay.
