Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned Programming Team Lead to join our acclaimed game Dead by Daylight. As a key player in our team, you'll guide a talented group of programmers in delivering features and fixing bugs in a live environment and on multiple SKUs.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of programmers dedicated to delivering features and fixing bugs.
  • Build the schedule for the programming team and assign tasks to programmers.
  • Help estimate time to accomplish programming tasks and commit to meeting all objectives.
  • Coach and guide the development of team members.
  • Plan, organize, follow-up, and evaluate the work of the team.
  • Actively work with leads and people from other departments, including producers, directors, designers, and artists.
  • Provide help and support with programming when needed.
Requirements
  • More than 6 years of experience writing clear and maintainable code.
  • Previous experience leading and managing a team of programmers.
  • Shipped at least one game with a full-life cycle delivery as a Lead Programmer.
  • Proficiency in C/C++/C# and a strong interest in gameplay programming.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, organize work and time, and work within deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Thriving on change and adapting to changing needs and requirements.
