We are seeking an Architect – Healthcare Specialist to join our team in Toronto or Ottawa. As a key member of our healthcare project team, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design of healthcare projects, ensuring alignment with best practices in clinical planning and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the architectural design of healthcare projects, ensuring alignment with best practices in clinical planning and patient-centered care.
  • Provide strategic design leadership for hospital, acute care, ambulatory care, and long-term care projects.
  • Conduct detailed clinical planning and programming, integrating operational workflows and evidence-based design principles.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, consultants, and contractors to ensure compliance with Ontario healthcare regulations and Ministry of Health and Ministry of Long-Term Care standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • 8+ years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on healthcare projects.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Registered Architect (OAA preferred) or eligible for registration.
