Welcome to Happy Motel, where we're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our motel's systems and amenities. Your primary duties will include making adjustments and minor repairs to our heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as contacting tradespersons for major repairs. You'll also perform minor repairs on appliances, water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. In addition to your technical skills, you'll be a team player who is able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our goals. **Work Setting:**
Our motel is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be working in a variety of settings, including our motel rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
* Perform minor repairs on appliances
* Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
* Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
