About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Swiss Professional Service Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training

Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Site Inspections

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.

Financial Management

Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records to ensure the efficient operation of our cleaning services.

Client Communication

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Operations Coordination

Coordinate the work activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Security and Safety

Ensure that all staff members have the necessary security clearances and follow our safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Personal Suitability

We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
