Job Title: Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Athabasca Motor Hotel 1972 Ltd. in a permanent position.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and orders simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Food Safety Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • ProServe program certification.
  • Ability to work in a noisy and physically demanding environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
