Overview
At Realstar Management, we are seeking an experienced and reliable Residential Team Lead to join our team at one of our properties in Nanaimo. This role plays a crucial part in the successful operation of our residential rental building.
Salary
The base compensation for this position is estimated at $43,000 - $46,000 per person annually, including benefits, bonuses, and other incentives.
Job Description
As a Residential Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of common areas, performing minor repairs, preparing apartments for new residents, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with leasing suites.
