Job Title: Child Care Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Provider to join our team at Guy Bermond Eken Poufa. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare services to families in their own homes.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing childcare services to children of various ages, from toddlers to school-age children. You will be required to create a safe and engaging environment for the children, plan and implement activities, and maintain a clean and organized home environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality childcare services to children of various ages
  • Create a safe and engaging environment for the children
  • Plan and implement activities that promote learning and development
  • Maintain a clean and organized home environment
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in childcare
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Emergency child care first aid and CPR certification
  • Child Abuse Registry check
  • Child welfare check
  • Criminal record check
  • Drug test
  • Medical exam
  • Vulnerable sector check
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a non-smoking and scent-free environment. The work site will be the employer's home, and the candidate will be required to travel with the family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.
